Pictured above was the father of Benjamin Joseph Blackstone.
His name was William  A. Blackstone. He was a carpenter by trade. Lived in Kansas City, Mo.

Family News : Aaron Blackstone graduated University of Austin with his MBA. 

Family News: 
Greg Kane diagnosed with Parkinsons. Controlled at this time with medication.

Pam & David Booth moved to the Bahamas for 3 years. Pam was our treasurer but gave up the position on our board.  Kandice Buchanan has taken over the position. 

Debi Blackstone has taken over the household for her disabled cousin in Houston and has moved back to Houston.

About David Hilbun:
David is the son of Rosemary Marlowe, who was the daughter of Dorothy Blackstone, and the granddaughter of Laura Blackstone.

David is married and lives and works in Baton Rouge. He has his own construction company with two brothers called Spencers Contracting. The homes he remodels are high end homes and he is featured on the website Houz.com.

David usually comes to all the Blackstone Reunions held bi-yearly.

David Hilbun won a trophy for best bathroom renovator in Louisiana. There were 22,000 entries. They looked at images submitted. Then narrowed it down to 25. Then did a site survey of the renovations. David won first place.  Way to go David!!!! Your Mom is proud of you looking down from heaven.
