French Dip Roast
1 - 3lb. Roast
2 cups water
1 tsp. dried Rosemary
1 tsp. dried Thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Bay Leaf
4 whole Peppercorns
1/2 cup soy sauce
Place roast and water in slow cooker. Sprinkle next 3 seasonings over roast and
water. Put Bay Leaf and peppercorns in water. Pour soy sauce over roast and in
water. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. Great with mashed or baked potatoes and a
salad. Can also make French Dip sandwiches with Swiss cheese and use Òau jusÓ
for dipping.
