1 can sweet
corn (drained)
1 large can
diced tomatoes (drained)
1/2 package
frozen black beans, onion, chili pepper, & cilantro thawed
or
1 can black
beans strained and drained ( if this is used then add fresh onion, cilantro,
& chili pepper is optional)
1/2 teaspoon
Cumin
1 teaspoon lime
Mayonnaise
Mix together.
