Chili


                                  Pam Booth


1 pound bacon,
cut into small pieces and cooked crisp 1 pound ground sausage,
browned and drained    
1 pound hamburger meat, browned and drained  
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce 2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans chili beans
1 jar hickory flavored BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chili powder
1 ounce dark baking chocolate 

  Sautee the onion in a small amount of the leftover bacon drippings. 
Add the rest of the ingredients.  Simmer 2-3 hours.
