Cut tops of all peppers and clean them out, then salt the insides. Place them in a large pot w/lid for boiling. In a side bowl mix turkey, rice, and all seasonings. Add one can of tomato sauce to mix before stuffing each pepper. Place stuffed peppers back into pot and pour another can on top of each pepper. Add the last two cans and fill with extra water to bring the water level up to the top of peppers. Place lid and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and simmer for about 30-45 minutes.
Serve each pepper topped with tomato sauce from pot and top it off with cold plain yogurt. Enjoy
